The apartment is located on Hartigova Street (formerly Konevova), which is full of bars, shops, restaurants, and cafes, but away from the crowds of tourists. Zizkov is one of the oldest districts of Prague, full of history, typical streets and alleys, where locals predominate, not tourists as in the city center. The character of Zizkov s slightly wilder, but all the more beautiful for it. There are really a lot of restaurants, bars, and the best clubs and theaters in Prague, such as Akropolis. Behind the house is the large Vítkov Park with a beautiful view. The area has all the civic facilities and excellent transport links (not only) to the center. Right next to the house is the Cerninova bus stop (buses 133, 136, and 207), from where you can get to Florenc or Namesti Republiky in a few minutes. The Biskupcova tram stop (trams 5, 9, 10, 11, etc.) is also 500 meters from the building, from where you can easily reach the A metro line (Zelivskeho or Flora) and Wenceslas Square. Another advantage is its location close to the train and bus stations. Beautiful living space and an excellent investment. We recommend it.
